Andy Goodrich’s life is turned upside down when his wife is admitted to a rehabilitation facility, leaving him alone with their young children.

Writer-director Hallie Meyers-Shyer wrote the title role specifically for Michael Keaton

“I wrote it 100 percent with him in mind,” she said, “to the point where if he said no, I would bury her and myself in the backyard.” Includes Casablanca (1942).

Goodrich is an excellent, calm, well-balanced film about an imperfect man forced to become a better version of himself

This is my first IMDb review, but the difference between the current rating and the quality of the film is just unbelievable, I had to intervene.

Keaton does a great job, I can’t think of an actor who would be better

Mila Kunis is also a great addition to the cast, the two have amazing father/daughter chemistry that is a joy to watch.

I promise this is easily a 9/10 movie that you should definitely give a chance to

I usually check IMDB ratings before watching a movie, so if you do the same, just give this movie a chance, I would be surprised if you were disappointed.
